Porto, Gaia and Matosinhos united in solidarity with the Ukrainian people
Faced with Russia’s military attack on Ukraine, an integrated response is urgently needed to bring together all support for the Ukrainian people. Thus, the municipalities of Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia and Matosinhos came together in a humanitarian response that seeks, above all, to organize all the demonstrations of support, especially in the provision of goods, services, employment and hospitality.
“WE ARE ALL UKRAINE” thus provides, the collection of goods, which were requested by the Ukrainian Consulate in Porto, to be delivered at the Ukrainian-Polish border; the creation of a service exchange in various areas to help a better integration in our country; aggregate offers of accommodation and availability for reception, and a job exchange where, with the support of dozens of associations representing professionals from several sectors of activity, we will gather the job offers.

I take note that the City Halls of Matosinhos, Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia will use my personal data: name, address, telephone and e-mail address for contact and operation of the initiative “We are all Ukraine” and will share these data with the High Commissioner for Migrations – Centro Nacional de Apoio à Integração de Migrantes Norte (CNAIM North) for the same purposes.
